Blade: Trinity is a 2004 American superhero film written and directed by David S. Goyer. It was produced by Goyer, Peter Frankfurt, Lynn Harris, and Wesley Snipes, who also starred in the leading role as the title character. Based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name, it is the sequel to Blade II (2002), and the third installment in the Blade franchise. The film co-stars Ryan Reynolds, Jessica Biel, Kris Kristofferson, Dominic Purcell, Parker Posey, and Triple H. Vampire leader Danica Talos has framed Blade for numerous murders, and alongside a team of rogue vampire hunters he must fight his most challenging enemy yet, Dracula.
