Kate (Tricia Helfer), una ejecutiva de cuentas, se dirige a Cancún con su novio Eric para tener unas merecidas vacaciones. A su llegada, Eric descubre que un reconocido agente inmobiliario se encuentra en su mismo resort. Sin perder la oportunidad de crear un nuevo acuerdo de negocios, deja a Kate a su suerte mientras persigue dicho acuerdo.
