Wallace is an out-of-luck filmmaker working as a crime scene videographer. The detectives covering the murders are apathetic at best but with good names (Henry and Carlita, particularly Carlita). Good names, bad attitudes.

The film was shot in July 2008 in Los Angeles, California, United States, and premiered on October 23, 2009, at the 16th Annual Austin Film Festival.
