Sufna, Dream, there is saying that, “dream is not, which you have while sleeping, dream is the one, which doesn’t let you sleep. This is story about that kind of dream. How a young man from very humble background achieve, what he aims for, and in this journey how a young girl from humble background only, become his back bone, become his strength and motivational source.
Sufna (transl. Dream) is a 2020 Indian Punjabi-language romantic drama film written and directed by Jagdeep Sidhu. Produced by Panj Paani Films, it stars Ammy Virk and Tania. The film chronicles the story of a young man who falls in love with a cotton picker who arrives in his village. Sufna has Jagjeet Sandhu, Jasmin Bajwa and Seema Kaushal in supporting roles. This marked the feature film debut for Tania as a lead actress. The film was released on 14 February 2020 in India. The soundtrack of the film is produced by B Praak and songs are written and composed by Jaani.
